Editorial guidelines
We welcome letters and contributions from subscribers. Occasionally, subscribers and other communicators express an interest in writing for Writing That Works on a more formal basis. See the posted guidelines.

Subscriber discounts
Whenever possible, we offer Writing That Works subscribers substantial discounts on Concepts products and services. All prices are in U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. bank. VISA, MasterCard and American Express orders are welcome. Concepts is GST-exempt.

Copies for meetings
If you would like to distribute copies of Writing That Works at a meeting of a professional association, contact Subscriber Services with information about the meeting and the number of issues you need. And we can often provide back issues for school and college programs.

Your mailing label
Your mailing label shows your subscription expiration date at the top right. The five-digit number at the left contains your unique "matchcode" which lets us quickly and accurately locate your account.

Please check that your mailing label address is accurate. If corrections are needed, make them on the label and send it to the Subscriber Services Dept, or e-mail them.

If a suite number, room number or mail stop is part of your address, please make sure that it appears correctly on your mailing label to ensure accurate delivery of your subscription issues.

Moving?
When your address changes (even if it's just a room number change), please send us your mailing label and your new address, including the zip code or postal code. Or e-mail your changes. We want to make sure your issues reach you each month.

Photocopying
Photocopying or electronically distributing Writing That Works issues and special reports-without permission-is prohibited and is illegal. Reduced rates are available for multiple subscriptions. Contact Subscriber Services at 703/643-2200.

Reprint permissions
For permission to reprint Writing That Works articles in your publications, ask Subscriber Services for a Reprint Request Form. Permission can only be given in writing.

Electronic distribution
is prohibited without prior express written permission from Communications Concepts, Inc. See copyright notice. Links from other sites are welcome.
