Billing Info

We accept VISA, MasterCard, DISCOVER, American Express, and DINER'S CLUB as payment.

When you place an order on the BRAC Online Pharmacy, we will collect your credit card information online, but it will NOT be processed until a member of our staff verifies the following:

• You are a BRAC customer
• If you are requesting prescription medication, that the pet you are purchasing the product for is an active patient who has been prescribed the requested medication.
• The totals (item charges, tax, and shipping) are correct.

If all of the above are correct, a BRAC staff member will process your credit card for the amount listed on your order. 

If any of the above are NOT correct, a BRAC staff member will contact you via telephone or e-mail to resolve any problems with your order.

You will receive a copy of your invoice and credit card slip along with your shipment.
