Behavior Counseling
Illness doesn't always have a physical cause and the sad truth is that more dogs and cats are put to sleep because of behavioral problems than are put to sleep because of disease and injury. Good behavior can help make your pet safer and more enjoyable, but it takes an effort on your part -- and we can help. Members of our staff are trained animal behaviorists who help determine the cause of disorders such as separation anxiety and obsessive behavior, and then develop a treatment regimen. We can provide advice regarding the correction of problems such as excessive barking, chewing, spraying, scratching, digging, house soiling, and aggression. Click here to read about those services. |
